Ofcom General Conditions of Entitlement
Active Business Communications Ltd and all other UK communications providers are regulated under Ofcom’s General Conditions of Entitlement. These regulations apply to anyone who provides an electronic communication service or an electronic communications network.
Active Business Communications Ltd maintain compliance with General Condition 23 and General Condition 24 of the General Conditions of Entitlement as required by Ofcom.
