Babble, Britain’s leading Cloud Comms, Contact, Cyber & Mobile technology business, has today announced the acquisition of Salisbury-based Berry Telecom Limited (Berry) and Cavendish communications Group Limited (Cavendish), based out of Newhaven.

This takes Babble to 21 acquisitions since 2019, with nine in 2021 and 6 so far in 2022. This stellar record reaffirms Babble’s status as the UK’s most acquisitive technology company, as recognised by ICON Corporate Finance.

Berry and Cavendish serve 1,700 and 700 customers respectively and these acquisitions provide their customers with the opportunity to enhance their technology and switch to cloud based services. Both deals grow Babble’s Comms pillar and provide more strategic locations in the South and South-West of England.

Babble is unique due to its ability to rapidly scale its UK operations whilst maintaining a local presence and high level of personal service. Babble now has locations across Scotland, the North-West, Yorkshire, North-East, the Midlands, the South, South-East, the South-West and London.

Matt Parker, Babble CEO says, Berry and Cavendish have a strong track record of providing their customers with an exceptional level of service. Where we will add value is bringing even more innovation and variety with the technology we can offer.

We’re delighted to welcome more great talent into Babble and together we can evolve the technology estates of our new customers to enable them to grow faster and more securely.”
