The deal is Babble’s fourth of the year.

Cloud Comms, Contact Centre and Cyber solutions firm, Babble, has announced its fourth deal of 2020, acquiring Shape Networks. The deal marks the next step in Babble’s growth, as the company sets its sights on an ambitious future.

Offering end-to-end voice and data solutions to customers, Shape Networks is a leading communications company that provides unrivalled customer experience alongside its state of the art technology. The acquisition will enhance Babble’s ability to offer the most agile and efficient cloud-based solutions to organisations, allowing them to rapidly adapt to the changing world of work.

Since 2017, Babble has delivered a combination of impressive double-digit organic and acquisitive growth including the purchase of Arden Group, Direct Response Plus, Diva Telecom, Lake Technologies and CMT. The business has more acquisitions in the pipeline.
