Reporting to our Head of Technical Services, the babble contact team is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven pro-services deployment engineer to deliver cloud based contact centres to our wide range of clients. Babble are one of the leading Contact Centre as a service providers in the UK with a bespoke partnership with Gartner MQ Leader, Five9; this is your chance to be part of the next generation of cloud communications.

Duties include

  • Technical setup and delivery of Virtual Contact centres solution
  • Pre-sales and Post sales technical delivery

Essential Experience

  • Proficient in Voice, email and web chat routing
  • API’s and HTML
  • Integrations into CRM systems
  • Proven track record of deploying solutions on client sites
  • Experience within contact centre solutions is highly desirable

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to non- technical stakeholders
  • Convert business needs and strategies into technical solutions
  • Ability to work to a service delivery methodology
