Hello and welcome, I am Niki Addison, and I am the Customer Success Director at Babble. As you have made it to this blog and FAQ you will be aware of the latest acquisition.
We understand people are sceptical of the unknown, change can be disruptive. But, we are committed to making this as positive for you as it is for us – I know from going through this process many times before, change can be a great thing.
Over the next few days and weeks we want to personally get to know you, so we have a dedicated team focused on contacting all our new customers to introduce Babble, helping to further improve the service you receive.
A member of Pascoal De Olivera’s team will be in touch to kick this off in the next few days. We would specifically like to talk to you about your current challenges and how we can help.

Who do you contact when you need to speak with someone?
Continue to use the same channels as you did previously until you hear from us otherwise. We are currently in the process of transitioning the support over to the wider Babble teams and will let you know when this is happening
We’ve created the landing page to give you more information on who we are and what we can do for you. Halfway down you will find my direct contact details along with our two Sales Directors Pascoal and Charles – please feel free to contact anyone of us should you want to.
Alternatively at the bottom of that page you have the option of booking a 30-minute slot with a member of our team at a time suitable to you.
Have the terms of my contract changed?
No, both Babble and yourselves are still bound by the same terms and conditions as in your current contract.
Who do I contact about my bill?
Continue to use the same channels as you did previously until you hear from us otherwise. We are currently in the process of transitioning the billing over to Babble and will let you know when this is happening.
