We are a company that values and embraces diversity in all its forms. We are actively building and implementing solutions and services that bring all our people together within Babble. The goal is to connect people beyond the work they do every day, promoting a sense of belonging and understanding with groups of people who can unite on common issues.
We are doing this by using technology, including Microsoft collaboration tools, to create spaces within Babble where unique experiences and interests can be shared. This includes sharing news, asking for support or advice, or simply spreading messages of positivity. We believe that by creating these networks that extend beyond the workplace, we can build a more inclusive community where diverse voices and perspectives are celebrated and everyone is heard and valued.
What’s more, charity is close to our hearts at Babble and an area where inclusivity and diversity are championed. Many of our teams are focused on charities and initiatives that are aimed at battling poverty and supporting quality and inclusive education, with the overall aim of reducing inequality across the board.
One example of this is our sponsorship of Ride Across Britain 2024, an epic cycling event that allows us to raise significant funds and support others who share the same goal. Our aim for 2024 is to surpass the impressive £1.1m we raised in 2022.
Charity events like Ride Across Britain allow us to support organisations like the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation – a remarkable charity who are committed to funding research to find effective treatments of motor neuron disease and achieve their goal of A World Free of MND.
