There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and network with guests for peer-to-peer learning. After this, it’s a gourmet BBQ lunch on the terrace – with live cooking.
The country games experience kicks off with tuition from EJ Churchill’s world class instructors. Clay shooting commences, in competition format, from the stands and high towers set within the estate. After a short break, guests shoot the flurry in a simulated live shoot format. The experience ends with an archery and axe throwing competition – channel your inner warrior!

Just 30 miles from London, set amidst 40 acres of woodland on the stunning West Wycombe Estate the shooting ground comprises of over 120 clay shooting stands and 6 clay shooting disciplines offering varied and extensive practice and tuition opportunities.
Our layouts include three high towers, skeet, multisport, down the line layouts, and purpose-built grouse butts. Our dedicated team of instructors are trained to the highest standards and are amongst the most experienced in the country.
We offer clay pigeon shooting instruction for novice through to experienced game and clay shooters both at our shooting ground, and in the field.
We have been awarded many prestigious accolades within our industry over the last few years and most recently we won ‘The Best Shooting Ground’ as voted for by the public at the 2019 Shooting Awards in association with the British Shooting Show. We also hosted the FITASC 41st World Sporting Championship 2019 and the CPSA World English Sporting & Sportrap Championship 2021.
