In the immediate, your existing contacts and support channels will remain the same. You can continue to reach out to your existing account management & support teams and if any changes are due to be made, we will be sure to communicate such changes in advance.

There are no immediate changes to billing or invoicing procedures. Your current billing processes will remain in place for the time being but we will soon share login details for our billing portal with instructions on how to use the portal. We’ll be sure to communicate this change in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
